If you have one specific goal to meet or want to evaluate your business idea, you
can request a one-time, 4 hour meeting. **Can be used towards “Total Plunge” package**

2. “High Dive” Package: $500 per month
Work with a partner to accomplish key action items, develop your leadership skills, document the process, achieve your short-term business goals, and plan for your long term business goals!

3. “Core” Business Plan Package: $1500
Just need help on the key elements of your business plan? Meet with Gutsy Partners for a 3-hour working session.  Then, Gutsy Partners will help you focus on (i) Market Analysis (market size, target customer, and competitive analysis) and (ii) Financial Analysis (Sales Projections, COGS, Income Statement, Cash Flow).

4. Complete Business Planning Package: $3000
Just starting with an idea? We can help you create a complete working business plan AND get your business off the ground. We’ll start by evaluating your idea, researching your market and customer, creating a sales and operational plan and defining a business model that will generate profit. You’ll have a business plan to help you launch successfully and approach partners or potential investors. This is the comprehensive package to get you off the ground!
